For those into numbers, when considering Monmouth County Real Estate, there are approximately 625,000 people residing in the county, comprised of 250,000 households, so you’ll be one of about 1,300 persons per square mile. You will also find the property or lot sizes at the very least, comfortable, certainly enough room for the pool. As the price-point increases so does the space, ranging from generous to expansive. So yes and for the equestrian enthusiasts, there is enough room for the horses, barn and paddock. The Monmouth County terrain for the most part, is level or flat yet some areas offer elevations, such as Holmdel, and The Highlands topping out at 380 feet. The eastern stretch of Navesink, which is part of Middletown Township, has vantage points looking across Raritan Bay offering spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline. In thinking about a lifestyle change, in making your decision to investigate Monmouth County Real Estate, there is no shortage of mass transit options, the NJ Rail Systems, bus and ferry options to get you back into Manhattan with convenient, timely commuter scheduling.
